Description “Through my life, I have moved through many changes. This piece is born from those personal metamorphoses: the shedding of old forms and the gentle, sometimes painful, surrender to what comes next. I have learned that transformation is not a single event, but a rhythmic progression through time. I use to be a daughter but now a have become not only a mother but so much more. Change is a soft erosion of boundaries. It is about learning to let go of what once defined me, and discovering grace in the spaces where l find myself in now.”

Description We are caught in a quiet battle between the immediate demands of reality and the distant promise of tomorrow. It is easy to value what we can grasp right now, but a dream? A dream is a seed that doesn’t offer an instant payout. In this artwork, the child sits enveloped in the bright, oversized fabric of potential—wrapped like a gift waiting to be opened. The towering, vibrant pink flowers represent the scale of their imagination. Through this piece, I ask a critical question facing my community: How do we cultivate patience and faith in our children when the world around them demands survival today? We must teach them that some investments take time to bloom.
